Monday Meditation in March
The City of Maple Valley is committed to bringing programs that support the community's health and wellness.

Every Monday in March we're offering a 30 minute virtual guided meditation session. These sessions will take place at 2:00pm each Monday and will last for approximately 30 minutes. Come for one or all of the weekly sessions, as your schedule permits.

Join meditation guide, Tasha Hampton from the comfort of your own space, as she brings you through 30 minutes of relaxation and mindfulness. Go ahead, take a break from whatever you're doing, breathe deeply, and follow along as Tasha helps you navigate a calming journey towards serenity.
